The Colombian Singer Shakira

the Spanish newspaper El Periódico, announced the possible end of the marriage
of Shakira and Gerard Piqué, after 12 years of union. According to the tabloid,
the Colombian singer would have discovered a recent betrayal of the football
player.
According to a source in the
news, Shakira was disillusioned with the marriage, after catching a moment of
unhappiness in the Barcelona defender during a trip. Because of the situation,
Piqué would have abandoned the couple’s mansion.
“The couple has had a difficult
time in recent months and Piqué is spending days and nights in his bachelor
apartment,” the article highlighted, revealing that Piqué has been constantly
seen at night parties alongside other players from his club in Spain.
It is worth noting that recently,
Shakira released the song Te felicito, alongside Rauw Alejandro, where many
fans of the singer pointed out a possible ‘indirect’ to her relationship with
Gerard Piqué.
Shakira focuses on next album
What about Don’t Wait Up? If it
depends on Shakira’s latest statement, none of them will be on the tracklist of
her upcoming studio album.
In a recent interview, she
confirmed that Te Felicito, her partnership with Rauw Alejandro, is the first
single from the new record project, still without a release date.
The song, by the way, is having a
good time on digital platforms. This Thursday (19), she climbed 16 positions in
the ranking and reached #102 on Spotify Global. There are already more than 26
million plays since its launch at the end of April.
Reggaeton has arrived with a
music video that shows Shakira creating her ideal man, who happens to be none
other than Rauw Alejandro. Rauw (and his robot alter ego) join Shakira in an
electrifying choreography, and anyone who watches can’t stand still. Directed
by Jaume de la Iguana, the music video was shot in Barcelona.

Last year, journalist Luis
Magaña, the Celebrities editor of the Mexican periodical El Universal, even
announced that the record would hit the market in November, but the expectation
was not fulfilled.
The new album should really be
for 2022, five years after El Dorado, from 2017. After that, she should go on a
world tour, which will probably go through Brazil next year.
According to journalist José
Norberto Flesch, the Colombian will promote her next work in the country in
early 2023, on a new tour.
