The singer Adele recently made
headlines not only because of her incredible voice, but also because of her
change. She lost a lot of weight and was barely recognizable. Now Adele adorns
the cover of “Vogue” and talks about her weight loss in an interview.
The singer Adele currently has
all sorts of reasons to be happy. Her new single “Easy On Me” will be out in a
week and now the 33-year-old is even on the covers of British and US “Vogue”.
The singer has actually slimmed
down a lot. In the past two years she lost more and more weight and after the
first “slim” photos she filled the headlines with her weight loss success. She
is said to have lost around 50 kilograms.

In an interview with Vogue, she
now revealed more details about her drastic weight loss. Even if one could
quickly guess, this had less to do with the lockdown.
Because Adele was already going
through a difficult time due to the corona pandemic. Meanwhile, she had
divorced her husband.
During the Corona period
“everyone had to face their demons” because they were forced to deal
with themselves for the first time. The 33-year-old told the magazine that she
had already been through this the year before during their separation.
In addition, the singer has to
struggle with anxiety disorders. To combat this, she started going to the gym.
I realized that when I exercise, I’m no longer afraid. If she could strengthen
her body, so Adele’s hope, she would also get stronger psychologically at some
point. She emphasizes: “It was never about losing weight.”

loss
Nor did she want to attract
attention with it, on the contrary: “My body has been viewed as an object for
my entire career. Not just now. She understood why many were shocked by her
change. She was an idol for many women, but Adele emphasizes: “I am still
the same person”. The discussions and comments around her character hurt
her feelings.
But despite all the setbacks,
Adele is still celebrated and loved by her fans. Regardless of whether it is
more rounded or slim. Her Instagram post, in which the Vogue photos can be
seen, has already garnered over 2 million likes.
Adele about her new boyfriend
Meanwhile, Adele is in love
again. For the first time, she talks at length about her new boyfriend, sports
agent Rich Paul. She feels safe with him, says the singer, and not
“fearful, nervous or exhausted”. They were already good friends
before they got together earlier this year, Adele reveals. They would have met
at a party a few years ago.
Adele is sure that she knows
exactly what she wants as a “33-year-old divorced mother of a son who
actually has the say”. “The last thing I need is someone who doesn’t
know where they stand or what they want. I know what I want,” she says.
“And I really know what I don’t want.” Adele and Paul made their
first public appearance together at an NBA game in July. To make their
relationship known was not the plan, Adele clarifies: “I just wanted to go
to the game. I just love being around him. I just love it.”
Adele loves sports more than
anything
In an interview with the British
“Vogue” Adele also reveals that she is addicted to sports. About her
weight loss – the singer is said to have lost 45Kg – she says: “It was
because of my anxiety. I just feel better when I exercise.” It was never
about losing weight. “It was always about getting strong and giving myself
a lot of time off my phone every day. I got pretty addicted to it. I exercise
two or three times a day.”
In the morning Adele trains with
weights, in the afternoon she goes hiking or boxing, and in the evening she
does endurance training. They get support from trainers. She knows that this is
a privilege of the rich, said the singer. “This is not feasible for
many,” says Adele, a little embarrassed, according to Vogue.
