WhatsApp Web Chat Tricks to Optimize from PC

With WhatsApp Web and WhatsApp Desktop, chats can be easily
synchronized with the computer to send messages with the device that is most
practical on a day-to-day basis.

From WhatsApp they explain that there are two ways to use
WhatsApp on your computer:

  • WhatsApp Web: it is a WhatsApp
application that can be used in a browser.
  • WhatsApp Desktop: is an
application that can be downloaded to use on a computer.

WhatsApp Web and Desktop are
extensions of your WhatsApp phone account that can be used on a computer. The
messages you send and receive are synced between your phone and computer, and
you can view them on both devices.

Connection problems with your
phone, computer, or Wi-Fi are some of the most common reasons why you cannot
send or receive messages on WhatsApp Web or Desktop.

Connection problems on the phone

If you can’t send or receive
WhatsApp messages from your phone, you won’t be able to use WhatsApp Web or
Desktop on your computer. Open WhatsApp on your phone and try to send a
message. If you can’t, get more information on how you can solve your device’s
connection problems at Android | iPhone

If you can send a WhatsApp
message from your phone, try using WhatsApp Web or Desktop again on the
computer. If you still can’t, there is probably a connection problem on your
computer.

Connection problems on the
computer

You must have a stable and
reliable connection on your computer to use WhatsApp Web or Desktop. If a
yellow box appears at the top of the chat list with the error message
“Computer offline,” check the computer’s Internet connection. In case
this connection works normally, but you still cannot send or receive messages,
update the page if you are using WhatsApp Web or close and restart the program
if you are using WhatsApp Desktop.

If the problem continues, try
logging out and logging in again on WhatsApp Web or Desktop. Check out this
article for more information on how to do it.

Wi-Fi connection problems

If you are using a controlled
Wi-Fi network, such as an office, library, or university, it may be configured
to block or limit your connection to WhatsApp Web. If you receive a
notification from WhatsApp Web that the Wi-Fi network is preventing WhatsApp
Web from working properly, we recommend that you configure the network to allow
traffic to “web.whatsapp.com”, “.web.WhatsApp.com “or”
.whatsapp.net “.
